Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.15%
Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Technology, Communication and Biomed sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 lost 0.15%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL), which rose 2.66% or 46.00 points to trade at 1,777.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:AMOT) added 2.41% or 35.00 points to end at 1,485.00 and Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) was up 1.90% or 520.00 points to 27,930.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT), which fell 6.49% or 2,620.00 points to trade at 37,750.00 at the close. NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) declined 4.26% or 3,010.00 points to end at 67,600.00 and Nova (TASE:NVMI) was down 4.15% or 3,320.00 points to 76,700.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 231 to 221 and 87 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.94% or 0.73 to $77.18 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.62% or 0.51 to hit $81.37 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.79% or 18.80 to trade at $2,347.70 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.39% to 3.71, while EUR/ILS rose 0.56% to 4.03.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 104.57.
